Facing In invites you to experience a collaborative Restorative Justice training: Using a Culturally Responsive Lens to Build Community.

Why do we do Restorative Justice?

This training will include interactive opportunities to understand the workings of Restorative Justice circles and dive deeper into RJ practice and philosophy. This training focuses on building community, Facing In(to) difficult conversations about race and culture, how to apply Restorative Justice principals into your school or organization, as well as build better relationships with your students, staff and community members.

This unique, interactive training is ideal for youth service providers, educators, community activists, Restorative Justice practitioners and anyone who wants to learn or strengthen RJ tools and skills.
